Oryzon Cold Transport, LLC is a Houston-based refrigerated transportation company and a Registered Series of ZR2M Enterprises, LLC.

We were built from the ground up with one goal: to be the cold-chain partner our customers can count on — keeping food moving reliably from source to table, safely, compliantly, and on time, every time.

We're not built around moving freight at the lowest cost. Our Story

Built Right Before Opening the Doors

Houston — the fourth-largest city in the U.S. and one of the nation's most dynamic food and freight markets — was underserved by compliant, professional, right-sized refrigerated carriers. The large national carriers focused on long-haul volume. Smaller operators often lacked the compliance infrastructure, documentation discipline, and operational consistency that sophisticated shippers actually need.

Oryzon was built to close that gap — but only after building it the right way.

2025 — Concept, market research, financial modeling, and legal structure design
March 2026 — Official Texas SOS formation · US DOT #4552618 · MC-1814112-C obtained · FMCSA registration complete
Apr–May 2026 — Fleet deployment, temperature monitoring systems, driver qualification, vendor partnerships, and advisory team engaged
Summer 2026 — 🚀 FSMA-compliant commercial operations begin
