This week we got a call that stayed with us. A small-batch business owner โ€” one maker, building something real with her own two hands โ€” reached out wanting to move her goods from her house to her distributors. Cold, careful, on time.

We're not fully open yet. But that call is exactly why we're building Oryzon in the first place.

We love you. We hear you. And we will work toward working with you.

We're a Small Business, Building for Small Businesses

Oryzon didn't start with a warehouse and a boardroom. It started with a family betting everything on an idea, learning what it costs โ€” in hours, in worry, in heart โ€” to build something from nothing. So when a small maker calls, we don't see a small account. We see ourselves a few steps back on the same road.

The big carriers are built for the big shippers. Minimums, red tape, and a phone tree that never quite reaches a person who cares. Too many small owners get told their load is "too small to bother with." That's the exact gap we intend to close.

From a Home Kitchen to a Distributor's Dock

A tray of product leaving a home kitchen deserves the same cold chain a full truckload gets: the right temperature, held the whole way, with someone who treats it like it matters โ€” because to you, it's everything. That's the standard we're building toward, for the maker with one pallet just as much as the shipper with fifty.

We're Working Toward Working With You

To the maker who called, and to every small owner who has reached out: thank you. We hear you. We will work toward working with you, and we're building as fast as we responsibly can so that when your goods need to move, we're ready to move them right.

Keep reaching out. Every call tells us what to build next.

Have Cold Goods to Move? Tell Us About Them.

Big load or small batch, produce or product โ€” reach out and tell us what you make. We're building Oryzon for owners exactly like you.
